Consumers prefer that retailers communicate with them via email. Only a small percentage or consumers don't like to receive any communication from retailers.Methodology
Data is from the February 2019 iVend Retail "Global Shopper Trends Report" in partnership with AYTM. 2,750 internet users worldwide ages 18+ were surveyed online during December 2018-January 2019. Respondents were from Australia, Canada, Colombia, Indonesia, Mexico, Philippines, Russia, South Africa, Turkey, the UK and the US.Chart Title
